We are in the process of the final portions of moving to our new hosting
services. I'm writing you this letter both to introduce you to the new
services, and to warn you that there may be some slight service
disruptions over the next 24 hours for some clients in some locations.

We have moved all of our hosting clients to our new virtual server
hosting setup. This allows us quite a lot more flexibility in hosting,
and we can much more easily build you your own virtual server setup. We
also are now capable of hosting in multiple locations around the United
States for different clients.

However - we are currently in the process of moving our DNS hosting to a
new arrangement. This is good, because it gives us DNS servers for our
clients that are set up in more different locations around the country.
However, during the transition it is possible that those of you who are
hosted with us may see some slight service disruptions as the DNS
servers transition to their new hosts. It is our HOPE that you will see
no disruption in service at all - but there are always times when other
ISP's DNS servers act in unpredictable ways. We expect all of this
transition to end by tomorrow night, Jan 20, at midnight. This will
allow time for all of the new DNS records to propagate through all of
the root DNS servers. We apologize in advance for any issues that this
may cause you.

Finally, we are also in the process of moving our email services to new
servers, so there is a slight possibility that you may have some
difficulty reaching us via email over the next few days. This SHOULD
not happen, but if you do have any difficulty sending us email, please
feel free to call at 715-556-8674. Our email system transition should
be completed by Thursday, 1/22/2009. At that time we will be prepared
to take all of our old servers off-line and will be fully transitioned
to our new services.

Again, let me apologize for any possible problems during the next few
days. A little inconvenience is necessary at the moment so that we can
serve you better in the future.
