[Clients] Changes in Web Servers

We've migrated ALL production web servers and some test web servers that
were previously kept in our VPS facility in Texas to be housed in our
new expanded dedicated server facility in Michigan. This has involved
some changes to the environment in which the sites run, specifically
that they are now in a more secure environment where all PHP
applications are running as the owner of the web site, so that it will
be much more difficult for different users on the web servers to access
files from other servers - think of it as putting up stronger walls
between the sites.
Additionally, the new server environment runs the PHP applications under
an Apache worker model rather than a pre-forked model - if you don't
know what any of that means, just believe us that this will provide
faster performance for the servers.
This is the first step in a number of changes that will let us maintain
a higher-performance and more flexible web server environment. We've
expanded the number of servers in Michigan, and will continue to do so
to handle whatever requirements we will have.
Please report any web site problems (currently we're not seeing any) to
