[Clients] Web hosting issue

We're currently experiencing severe network connectivity issues to the
colocation site in Troy, Michigan.  Due to this, the current response of
our hosted web servers is abysmal.  This is a routing issue within the
data center.  We've filed an issue with the data center, and are
currently waiting for a response.  Just wanted to let you know that it's
a known issue - the alarms here all went off about 20 minutes ago. 
Unfortunately this email may not go through until after the issue is
resolved, as the mailing list server is also located in the Troy facility.
