[Clients] Server Outage Wednesday AM

We're having a planned server outage on Wednesday, Nov. 4.  This will 
force an outage of all of the web and email  server clients for a short 
period of time between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM, since we will need to reboot 
all of the servers.

We're doing an operating system upgrade from CentOS 5.3 to 5.4.  This is 
generally a fairly straightforward operation, so we really don't expect 
anything other than a short (5-15 minute ) outage for a reboot.   This 
will be a staggered reboot so that all of the servers are not down at 
once.  All web serving and email serving will be affected temporarily.

Please let us know if this has a serious impact on your operations at 
that time, and we can possibly reschedule -- but it needs to be done for 
various security issues.
