[Clients] Network Outage

Due to a routing failure at our server room provider, our mail and web 
servers have been unavailable for a little over 3 hours today.  This was 
a very unusual set of circumstance, and has since been resolved. All 
services should now be available in a normal fashion.  We apologize for 
the outage, and are working with our provider to ensure that it will not 
happen again.

Thank you for your patience during this issue.  We will credit all paid 
server accounts with an appropriate amount to cover the outage.  This 
should happen within the next few days.

We will provide more information on the cause of the outage when it is 
available to us.
