[Clients] Server irregularities this morning

You may have noticed some slow response times from servers this morning. 
All of our servers are under an attack currently from a system in 
Belgium.  We're in the process of blocking them and putting in some more 
stringent rules to keep this from happening again.  Things should now be 
back under control. They were attacking our email servers with huge 
numbers of login attempts to crack the servers.
