[Clients] Scheduled Server Outage Wednesday PM

We're making a small change in server configuration that unfortunately
will require a server reboot.  There will be a brief  (probably 10
minute) outage of just about all services at approximately 7:30 PM
Central Time on Wednesday, July 14. 

Please let us know if this timing will cause you particular grief, and
we can probably reschedule.
