[Clients] Drupal 6.17

Drupal 6.17 was just released a couple of hours ago.  It's not a
security release, but fixes a number of odd little bugs.  Therefore, if
you're maintaining your own Drupal sites, the upgrade isn't really a big
priority.

We will be doing some rolling updates of Drupal sites that are on
maintenance with us.  The upgrades are pretty painless, and are only
causing about a 2 minute outage when they're done.   We'll be doing
these during night-time hours over the next week or so.  We've done
several of them so far and everything has been pretty smooth.
