[Clients] Short Server Outage Monday Evening

We're going to be doing some server rearrangement on Monday, which will
cause a brief (about 15 minute) outage on all services as we increase
the memory in our servers.  This will be a rolling outage across
servers, between 8 PM and 9 PM on Monday night (March 22).  We don't
anticipate any issues other than an outage to put in more memory and
restart the servers.
