[Clients] Server reboot

We had a short forced outage this afternoon for a few virtual servers --
one of our servers hung, and this required that we shut down the VPS's
on it and reboot the server. All services are now back up and running,
and we're taking steps to ensure that this failure mode gets fixed. 
Sorry for the disruption - it caused about a 15 minute downtime for some
web services and email.
