[Clients] Server issue this afternoon

As some of you have noticed, the planned 10 minute server outage late 
this afternoon ran considerably longer than planned.  After the memory 
upgrade on the server, it kept crashing on reboot, and we've ended up 
having to remove some memory from the server rather than add more.  
We're currently trying to reconstruct what happened, but all services 
are now back up normally.
