[Clients] Scheduled server maintenance

There will be a scheduled server maintenance for all services from 6:30
PM until 8:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, May 13.  We expect that
services should be down for less than 30 minutes during that window. 
We're expanding our servers again and need to do some hardware changes.

Please let us know if this time schedule causes you any issues, and we
can possibly re-schedule it.
